Advisory practice
I help funders, public institutions, and development organizations connect strategic goals to credible evidence. My work spans research and learning strategy, portfolio design, evaluation commissioning, evidence synthesis, organizational learning, grant management, and research-to-decision partnerships.
My approach begins with the decision: define the question, identify the proportionate method, build a credible learning process, and communicate findings in a form that decision-makers can use.
